You must (a) buy a property with SPK-valued minimum USD 400,000, (b) hold the property for 3 years (annotated on the TAPU), (c) not have taken Turkish citizenship before and not have been refused in the last 12 months, and (d) pass basic security/background vetting. We verify every one of these up front in the eligibility check at Step 1 — if something won't work, we tell you before you move any money.
