- Current corporate structure, shareholder list, home-country tax situation, 3-year revenue forecast.

Entity formation
We stand up the Turkish entity chosen in Step 1 — LLC, JSC or branch — with all registrations live.

- AoA drafting, notarization, Commercial Register filing, Tax + VAT + MERSİS registration, e-signature.
- You provide
- Apostilled founder documents, share split, capital deposit, 3 proposed names.

Banking + residency
Corporate bank account, founder work permit and residence permit so you can live and operate out of Türkiye.

- Bank introductions (3+ partner banks), KYC pack, work-permit filing, residence-permit filing for founder + family if required.
- You provide
- Presence in Türkiye or apostilled POA, health insurance, biometric attendance for residence.

Ongoing legal retainer
A 3-month Standard retainer is included so contracts, KVKK, employment and tax questions are handled during ramp-up.
