We assess the best residence route for each family member — spouse, children, dependants — and build a unified plan.

- Passport scans for each family member, ages, family-book / marriage certificate, intended district in Istanbul or beyond.

Documentation & apostille
We assemble and translate the family pack — marriage certificate, birth certificates, school transcripts and proof of funds.

- Sworn translations, notarizations, apostille instructions for your home country, consolidated checklist.
- You provide
- Apostilled originals per our checklist, proof of accommodation, proof of funds, health-insurance selection.

Filings & biometrics
We file each application via e-ikamet and book biometric appointments back-to-back so the family attends on the same day.

- e-ikamet filings, biometric scheduling, concierge accompaniment to Göç İdaresi, card-delivery tracking.

- Same-day attendance of every applicant at the biometric appointment.

We introduce you to vetted international / bilingual schools and to a short-list of landlords or relocation specialists.

- 2–3 school introductions (English or Arabic curriculum), housing shortlist, notarization of the lease when you sign.

Paid to third parties (disclosed up front)
- Residence card fees per applicant (~₺1,100 each, paid to the authority)
- Health insurance premiums (typically €120–€350/year per adult)
- School tuition and registration fees (paid directly to the school)
Government fees and third-party costs are paid directly to the relevant authority or vendor, not to us.
